An End The Anxiety Program Testimonial From Mia, Awesome Transformation

flying

Ever since high school, I suffered from intense vertigo attacks that interrupted my day and bombarded my life with depression, hopelessness, fear, and deep worry. These vertigo attacks were the result of my ongoing battle with anxiety and depression. My strongest concern was that these attacks would happen my entire life and, except for the numbing effects of various powerful medications, these attacks and feelings of anxiety were incurable. Whenever my vertigo attacks would strike, I would experience panic, lose all sense of orientation, diminish to self-hatefulness, and feel like there was no light at the end of the tunnel. My vertigo attacks were not the common feeling of spinning, but rather a magnetic sensation that all surrounding objects were surging and moving towards me with varying magnetic intensity. These attacks would strike at any time and in any place, so the terrifying randomness of their occurrence would leave me in a constant state of worry, fear, and anxiety about when and where the next episode would happen.

One time, I experienced an episode while driving in my car, and it was in this moment that I yearned for the light, a cure, or some answer that would lift me out of this anxiety abyss. The medications only served as Band-Aids masking the issue, and I needed something life-changing, healing, and completely transforming to turn my life around and bring a sense of true promise to my experience. When I told a friend about this horrendous vertigo attack that occurred while driving on the highway, this friend advised me to check out an interesting online program called the End The Anxiety Program by The Anxiety Guy.

As soon as I got to a computer, I purchased and downloaded this easy-to-understand online anxiety program. I listened to its many incredible main audio files and my deep-rooted feelings of anxiety were steadily melting away. At first, I did still experience relentless vertigo attacks, but with patience and courage inspired by the program’s phenomenal guidance. I was able see progress and gradual healing. The End The Anxiety program has a checking in system to keep in contact with clients who suffer from anxiety every three days, and through this system, I was given consistent care by mentors and coaches who have been in my shoes in the past. This is a fantastic cheap investment for anyone searching to stop, reverse, and heal their generalized anxiety disorder or panic attacks naturally. All mainstream medications were not helping, but rather leaving me hopeless in a daily routine of vertigo attacks and anxiety. I am so grateful for this End The Anxiety Program and the freedom that I can now experience and enjoy. I feel completely liberated from all past anxiety, fear, and depression, and I highly recommend this program!

I want to thank Mia for her email to me, and trust in the end the anxiety program and hope her story inspires others to choose a natural route to stopping an anxiety disorder. If you’d like more information on the end the anxiety program visit www.theanxietyguy.com.

What Are The Real Affects Of Anxiety On You?

Unfortunately, anxiety can have a profound impact upon a sufferer’s life and relationships. To cope with the symptoms of anxiety and panic, people may start smoking or drinking too much, or misusing drugs. They can also start to avoid certain situations and only maintain those relationships that support their negative views on life.

An individual with anxiety problems may find it difficult to hold down a job, develop or maintain good relationships, or enjoying leisure time. Sleep problems can also make anxiety symptoms worse and reduce a sufferer’s ability to cope.

For some, anxiety can be so overwhelming that it takes over their  lives. They may, therefore, experience severe or frequent panic attacks, for no apparent reason, or have a persistent underlying sense of anxiety. This can then trigger other anxiety disorders such as agoraphobia or OCD.

There are natural ways to reduce anxiety that are appropriate for certain types of anxiety problems.

For example, learning controlled breathing is particularly useful for controlling panic and gradually facing the situations and things that you fear (exposure) is particularly useful for phobias. Other anxiety solutions include:

Guided relaxation techniques – the symptoms can be controlled by breathing and relaxation techniques, and by

replacing distressing, negative thoughts with positive, peaceful ones.

Assertiveness training – for some, learning how to handle difficult situations and to stand up for themselves can make
them feel more confident and, therefore, more relaxed.

Complementary therapies – can help people to relax, sleep better, and deal with the symptoms of anxiety. Yoga, meditation, aromatherapy, massage, reflexology, homeopathy and hypnotherapy are methods that can be used.

Exercise – can help people cope with anxiety and feelings of tension, and improve sleep. It uses adrenalin and other
hormones, produced under stress, allowing muscles to relax, as well as raising levels of serotonin.

Good methods of exercising are walking and swimming as they allow individuals to be active at their own pace and choose whether to exercise alone or in company.

Healthy living – a healthy diet and plenty of sleep, as well as avoiding stimulants such as coffee and cigarettes.

Talking to someone who’s been in your shoes before – can help relieve feelings as others may have had similar experiences. I know in my own personal success story over debilitating anxiety, without a mentor who I reached out to when things looked dim for me… I might just still be the one looking for a solution to my anxiety, just as you are.

The interesting part about society today is we’re all searching for quick answers to our problems, and when that doesn’t work say in the form of anxiety related prescriptions, or certain techniques or therapy, we give it up and go back to our old ways of coping with anxiety.

Why?

Because that’s what we’re used to, that’s what we know. the unknown world of recovery from anxiety can be so foreign to someone that they may in fact fear the steps it may take to stop anxiety naturally. If this sounds like you, begin your road to recovery through the #1 online anxiety program today and end the coping and ‘getting by’ once and for all.

The Root Of Your Anxiety Condition

anxiety root problem

Anxiety is a bit of a common phenomenon in today’s stress-filled world. Most people have already experienced the sudden palpitations, the sweaty palms, and that overwhelming sense of dread. People inherently understand the power that fear holds over them and can sometimes even recognize when fear becomes too much for them. Fear is often said to trigger sudden battles with anxiety in even the toughest and most hardened minds. This is because fear grips everyone and is as clearly defined and universal as the concept of death. However, what most people don’t seem to understand is that fear is not the sole trigger of an attack, although it always plays a role. There are disorders out there, mostly of the psychological variety, that can also trigger an attack.

Getting To The Root Of Your Anxiety Problem Is Key

Interestingly, statistics show that acne is a powerful trigger for anxiety, particularly among teenagers and young adults. In fact, it is cited as being among the most common sources of anxiety in the US and certain European countries. The causes for this reaction are readily obvious to the teenagers themselves, but can sometimes be elusive to adults. The teen years are an age where social development and peer acceptance tend to play prominent roles in people’s psychology. Acne and other skin infections can become a hindrance to achieving the above goals, putting them in a precarious position along the social ladder. This is considered to be among the most prevalent problems that cause teen anxiety. aside from situations involving immediate family.

OCD?

Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) has also been known to trigger anxiety, among other potential side effects. This is particularly true if the object of the obsession involves either harming others or being harmed personally. Being obsessed with avoiding physical harm can often make someone extremely anxious about being placed in any environment that they perceive to be potentially hazardous. It should be painfully clear just how dangerous a person who is obsessed with inflicting pain upon other people would be in any society, even though it usually causes conflicts with the cultural mores that the person has been raised with. In this case, the anxiety often stems from the fact that the desire to inflict pain exists, acting as a subtle difference between these people and actual sadists.

Weight Disorders

Weight disorders generally stem from unfounded fear and anxiety and are often capable of generating enough of the latter on their own to keep the cycle going. However, in most cases, the fear is the root of the disorder, along with peer pressure and poor self-perception, but not necessarily one of the potential psychological complications.

Phobias

Phobias can also cause someone to feel anxious and overly worried, particularly when around the object of the phobia or threatened with it. According to some studies, some specific phobias are more effective at this than others, particularly if the object of the phobia is a commonplace occurrence, person, or item. Cases where the phobia stemmed from a traumatic experience during the formative years are also very powerful at causing a person to develop anxious feelings, even in the long-term. Agoraphobia and claustrophobia are known to have this sort of effect on certain individuals.

Dizziness And Panic From Sleeping On Your Stomach?

anxiety after sleep

Many people know me as ‘The Anxiety Guy’ but I have to admit this new connection between sleeping on your stomach, and heightened symptoms of anxiety such as lightheadedness and fatigue was something I had to look further into. For me at least during my battle with anxiety a few years ago, it made total sense, how could I not have seen the connection?

Dizziness Due To Shallow Breathing

When your stomach pushes on your lungs it becomes harder to breathe. When it becomes harder to breath and the symptoms of anxiety such as dizziness kicks in, it’s a sign that your breathing has become shallow whether you’re conscious of it or not. Strangely I get at least 10 emails per day asking me ‘why do I wake up in panic?’

This Could Be The Reason

When you wake up in the morning and you’re a stomach sleeper, there’s a good chance that you’ve been breathing so shallow for so long during the night that your symptoms of anxiety such as dizziness are already there in the am. The next step in the panic cycle in the morning is when you REALIZE that it’s there, and your natural reaction, which is to fight turns on.

At This Point The Morning Panic Cycle Is Now On Course

It’s important that you experiment with this new idea, for a week do your best to sleep on your back. Not only is this much better for your spine and neck, you may feel like your breathing (although still slightly fast and shallow during sleep) is less restricted. This could be a massive relief for you the panic and anxiety sufferer, especially if your symptoms of anxiety are more present in the am.

Even if your anxiety is not at its worst during the early hours of the day, you should always do your best to practice good breathing throughout the day. Make sure you exhale all the air out when breathing, because it’s in the exhale that is the most important part to combat anxiety. Steadily work on your 4 seconds in, pause, and 6 seconds out breathing rhythm whenever you get the chance.

Remind yourself that when morning panic strikes and you begin getting the thoughts’ of ‘what if’ (worst case scenario), this is only happening because your body has switched on its fight or flight response. This is simply firing up your nervous system, and increasing your respiratory rate. The worst will not happen. So tonight when you lay your head to sleep, turn over and begin sleeping on your back instead. Your mind and your body will thank you greatly for this new habit.
