First off I hope I am actually spelling quinoa correctly, secondly I think it’s important to mention how nutrition should be kept simple in order to be beneficial.
A while back during my dark and unhealthy days, I thought the road back to optimal health would be impossible. Why? Because the pain it would incur onto me through effort and time. The truth is once you’ve done something small in the direction you want to do, momentum is on your side.
As you can see from my simple and effective breakfast I have here. It doesn’t take much to slowly get back to a sound nutrition plan your body can thank you for. So in the end, it’s a great day to take that first day.
